以2%的年利率为例,月利率r=2%/12≈0.1667%,还款总期数n=15×12=180个月,则每月还款额M可计算为:\[ M = 1000000 \times \frac{0.001667(1+0.001667)^{180}}{(1+0.001667)^{180}1} ≈ 7612.33元 \]。而以3.5%的年利率为例,月利率r=3.5%/12≈0.2917%,还款总期数n=15×12=180个月,则每月还款额M可计算为:\[ M = 1000000 \times \frac{0.002917(1+0.002917)^{180}}{(1+0.002917)^{180}1} ≈ 8076.29元 \]。可以看出,在其他条件相同的情况下,年利率越高,每月还款额也越高,利息总额也会相应增加。贷款期限越长,每月还款额虽然相对较低,但总的利息支出会更高。反之,贷款期限较短,每月还款额较高,但总的利息支出较少。
